CURRENT VACANCIES

Fastline Freight has gone from strength to strength adding additional services to meet increased customer demand and has recently secured a major contract, worth in the region of £40m, to haul coal for E.ON UK, the UK’s largest integrated power and gas company.


The five-year contract will see us add the first order of five new Class 66s to our fleet, to haul coal from various UK ports and mines to E.ON’s Ratcliffe-on-Soar in Nottinghamshire and Ironbridge in Shropshire, power stations.


Over the last year we have also established a portfolio of container customers from shipping lines to third party logistics suppliers and provide haulage services for specialised engineering and ballast trains.


We are committed to delivering a best-in-class service that is both customer-focused and flexible.
This approach has seen the business achieve steady growth in the freight
container sector and we are confident it will also unlock further exciting opportunities in bulk haulage.


To enable us to deliver these services and more, we are looking for dedicated, flexible and customer orientated people with a professional attitude to train operations.

Candidates must be qualified Train Drivers, preferably with a minimum of one year’s main line experience. You will have a good safety of the line record, be confident and self-motivated whilst having a flexible and positive approach, along with a full UK driving licence.
